We propose to use this tool in 2 ways, firstly, as part of selected course offerings pre- and post-training, as it offers individuals strategies that provide pathways to skill mastery; and, secondly, to conduct evaluations with organisations to target and evaluate strategies that contribute to organisational expertise".

EXPERTIise 2.0 has been developed by Macquarie University with funding from the Australian Research Council Linkage Grant scheme to support the development and maintenance of diagnostic expertise in complex environments.

• Multi-purpose Application: EXPERTise 2.0 serves a wide array of purposes, including selection, evaluating training outcomes and conducting assessments.
